The program includes daily actionable steps, structured meal plans, stress management techniques, mindfulness exercises, and access to a supportive community. You will also receive educational materials through our exclusive app and website.

No special exercise equipment or supplements are required for this program. However, you will need basic kitchen tools and some cooking skills to prepare the meal plans provided. Most recipes require standard kitchen equipment like pots, pans, and a blender. There’s no need to purchase anything new unless you choose too.

You'll might want to dedicate approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour each day for watching the video and completing tasks, this can be passed through out the day, to suit your time. Additionally, there will be three live Q&A/coaching sessions per week, lasting about 15-30 minutes each. These sessions are designed to provide personalised support and guidance to ensure your success in the programme.

All activities within the programme can be personalised, and the recipes can be easily adapted to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies. I'm committed to ensure that the programme meets your needs and preferences.

It's important to understand that while significant improvements can be seen in three weeks, true health transformation is often a gradual process. I am confident in the foundational tools and principles we provide, which are designed to empower you to take charge of your well-being beyond our time together.

The live coaching sessions are held on Zoom Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. Don't worry if you can't attend all sessions – they will all be recorded and available in the programme portal the following day. This way, you can catch up on any missed sessions at your convenience. But I do advice to make at least 1 session a week, for best result.

Yes, you'll have access to all downloadable materials and worksheets even after the 21-day programme ends. To ensure that you have the resources you need to continue implementing what you've learned and maintain your progress towards better sleep.
